Château de Ginals à Villeneuve-d'Aveyron

Wednesday July 15 at 17:30 a.m.

Château de Ginals 12260 Villeneuve

Transformed in modern times, this former fortified castle has an elegant medieval keep. The park chapel hosted the first communion of Saint Emilie de Rodat, founder of the congregation of the Holy Family and patroness of Rouergue.

Self-guided visits are conducted with a leaflet available in the chapel and cover the park, the chapel and the lower terrace.

The guided tours led by Ludovic Lemercier, a lecturer-guide, include the park, the chapel, the lower terrace, the vaulted lounge and the spiral staircase of the castle.

In 2026, guided tours will take place on Wednesdays July 15 and August 5 at 17:30 p.m. (free participation).
