Bannac is a magical place dedicated to fishing: the lake is private, second category fish. In addition to the departmental fishing license, the fisherman must be the holder of a specific card, for the day or the year: Black bass, and white fish.
It is one of the rare wetlands in the region, hence its major interest for the observation of water birds.
