Canyoning consists of progressing in the bed of a deep river, alternating between water walking, swimming, abseiling under a waterfall and guided abseiling. This activity, accessible to beginners but also athletic, allows you to completely immerse yourself in the natural environment, far from the crowds and the tumult.

Along the water, you observe the teeming life of the river and learn to recognize the trees that grow with their feet in the water, the aquatic plants forming seagrass beds, or even the diet of the Dipper. Location: The activity takes place approximately 1 hour from our base, in the village of Sabadel-Latronquière (46), where the meeting point is directly on site.
